Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Planner to support production operations by managing data, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. This role blends administrative support with hands-on coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, issue, and close production work orders
  • Track production volume, material usage, and quality metrics
  • Maintain accurate records and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams
  • Ensure timely processing of orders and shipments
  • Support inventory control and procurement processes
  • Follow ISO procedures and contribute to environmental and safety initiatives

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years in a similar administrative or production support role (manufacturing preferred)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
  • Strong Excel and general computer skills
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator
